So the first thing I'd like to try is this:
I know November isn't the best time to start this...but if I start 11/1, I'll be able to eat on Thanksgiving without failing. No cookies and no candy will probably be the hardest one of all..
I'd like to go & visit my mom for her birthday. I haven't seen her since August.
That's the only 2 things I'm going to put down for this month..baby steps, right? I may have to start the 21 days thing come 10/31 so I can have golden corral when we go to moms
