Florida!

In 55 days I will be in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with this lovely gal. How did this come about you ask? Oh the conversation went something like this:

Nikki: I'm going to the beach Monday.
Me: I haven't been to the beach in FOREVER
Nikki: I LOVE the beach!
Me: I haven't been since Florida 2 years ago
Nikki: OMFG! we should so go to Fl for a girls weekend
Me: I got 3 days vacay left! I'm down!!
Nikki: You'd seriously go?

And the rest as they say was history. We're going to fly down & stay at my Aunt's. She's right across from the beach. I get to have some girly time with Nikki & see family. WIN!

    I went to Ft. Lauderdale for the first time this past April and LOVED it. Perfect place for a girls weekend. The beach there is so much better than Miami beach.. I think.
