(goal weight.)
I will get there. Maybe not by my anniversary/vacation, but in a couple of months. I'm about to give up all junk and eat fruit and yogurt every time I want something to snack on. That's how I did it last time...well & kick butt in the gym. Which is starting again too.
I will be starting weekly or bi-weekly updates on this.
Here are some stats:
When I started weight watchers in April I was 156 pounds (I believe this is my higest ever)
Yesterday on weight watchers I was 146. So 10 pounds in 3 months, I'll take it considering I haven't stepped foot in the gym since March.
Goal weight: Anywhere from 120-130s. That's where I feel & look my best. I think anyway.
Any tips/advice? I'd love to hear what you have to say!
